We accept all debit and credit cards, if you are local, I accept money orders and cash.

What is your return policy?
All items should be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange in its original packaging. All refunds are minus the cost of shipping and handling. Any exchanges, will be charged a small re-shipment fee.

When can I expect my package?
Most items will be shipped upon payment receipt, and clearance of checks. All items are shipped by using USPS or by UPS. All Standard shipping is 7-10 business days, and Express delivery is 3-5 business days. We also offer rush delivery for a nominal fee.

Do you perform personalization and customization on gift purchases?
On any order you may enclose a personalized gift message at no extra charge. Simply send the ship to information and ship to address, and the gift will be shipped to the recipient.

What are your shipping methods?
Ground Shipping: Orders generally ship via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mall. It will take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to reach a destination, plus 1 to 2 days processing time.

How do I track my package?
For orders placed through my website, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated for your order. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for a tracking number to be trackable through the FedEx or USPS websites, as the carriers must scan packages first. If you are still unable to track your order after 12 hours of receiving a shipment notification email, please contact me for assistance.
